Our Agents
been a REALTOR® since 2005 and in 2007 I successfully completed the
rigorous coursework and test to get my Brokers license.
I am a graduate of both the University of Massachusetts and Baypath College.
Prior to my real estate career, I also worked in the Computer Science
Department at UMass and as the finance manager in my family’s automobile
dealership. My background in finance and investments will provide you with the
knowledge and experience needed to navigate through today’s market.
I enjoy giving back to the community and was a volunteer at Cooley Dickinson
Hospital for many years. I also love to garden and support the local economy by
purchasing organic fruits and vegetables at the River Valley Market and local
farms in the area.
During my career in Real Estate, I have helped clients buy and sell both
residential and investment properties all over Western Massachusetts. I also
own and manage several investment properties, both commercial and
residential. For local expertise, call a local expert!
I moved to Northampton from NYC in 1986 and immediately fell in love with the Pioneer Valley. I worked in the HR field for 15 years and for 6 years I owned Northampton’s Pride & Joy, a book and gift store in downtown. I got my real estate license in 2008 and began delving into the market, serving clients with their real estate needs. I enjoy helping people navigate the process for a successful and smooth real estate transaction, whether buying or selling. I give 100% to my clients, working overtime to ensure they are served well. I draw from an extensive list of contacts for referrals (legal, financial, contractors, etc) and am proud of my excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills. When I’m not helping people with real estate, I am an active volunteer in many civic groups including the Northampton Survival Center, Kestrel Land Trust, Friends of Mineral Hills Conservation Area, Historic Northampton and the Academy of Music, among others. I live in Florence with my husband Steve Lucas and our adorable (yet spoiled) goldendoodle, Cooper. Please call, text or email me with any questions or to set up an in-person appointment!
With over 20+ years experience, I have worked extensively with sellers both seasoned and new. I have guided buyers, always keeping a keen eye on making a great investment. And helped businesses just starting or looking to expand. My portfolio is full of diverse transactions.
Selling real estate is a precise art, and getting the highest price for my seller clients is always my objective. Using social media, print and national websites, we'll boost the probability of finding your buyer and make sure to price your home properly. Knowing what you have added to your home and even how it looks aesthetically can impact your value. Factors such as price per square foot, closed similar sales, and other on-market properties you compete with also contribute to the pricing of your home.
Buying real estate is one of the largest investments one can make- let’s get it done right. I respect and fully understand all of what this involves- from location, family needs, and long and short term investments.
I reside in Northampton Mass. I have brought up my 2 children in this lovely valley and am proud to say it was the right decision to land here 30 years ago.
I have been lucky enough to become a successful investor in real estate- buying, rehabbing and selling. Let me share my experience with you. Call me and let's start the selling or buying process and have fun doing it!

Having built my own home in 2000 and overseen its construction, I bring the perspective of hands-on knowledge to the real estate process. Although I have lived in other states and briefly abroad, New England and the Pioneer Valley are my home. I love everything this area offers: cultural diversity, vibrant music, dining and arts scene, stunning foliage, wooded trails, and numerous water access sites. I am also a food enthusiast, always exploring the best spots in the Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires, where I have family.

Becoming a realtor had been running around in my brain for a long while and I found it was the obvious next step. I am known to be an excellent communicator, who will research and keep her clients well informed. I am professional but with a disarming sense of humor that immediately makes you feel right at home. I value honesty above all else and strive to save you time, energy, and particularly, stress. My previous professional experience has made me an expert in dealing with stressful situations and I will put you at ease.
Thanks to lots of experience with children and families, I can help to identify the perfect layout for each family’s unique needs. I am very familiar with the Pioneer Valley. After watching my six children walk into their adulthood, I have found that I have a really soft spot for helping first time home buyers navigate the complexities of such a huge life change.
When I am not working, I spend my time gardening, making eco-dyed silk clothing, renovating, and writing children’s books. I also help my husband and daughter in their luxury handmade wool rug business The Ram and the Worm.

home.
I graduated from Hampshire College and Springfield Technical Community College and enjoyed working locally in the fields of human services and physical therapy for many years. We live in the Florence section of Northampton, in our third home that we continue to update and enjoy.
I know the ups and downs of buying or selling a home, whether you are downsizing, growing, or just wanting a change. Having been through the process, I understand the importance of patience and careful planning. I am pleased to be a part of a great team with an outstanding reputation and years of experience, and I am here to assist you with your real estate needs.
